Pioneer Waterland and Dry Fun Park located just outside Chardon is set to go up for auction on July 24.
The park is being sold to settle the estate of its owner, Albert Vitantonio, who died in 2013. The minimum bid is $375,000.
The park remains open this season while the sale is being completed.
The Kile Road park dates back to the 1970s and has five water slides, a lazy river, a 3-acre pool, a 6-acre lake with paddle boats and a Kidsland with six slides. Other attractions on the 74-acre property include a natural spring, a go cart track, batting cages, golf-driving cages, an 18-hole miniature golf course and 100 campsites.
The auction will be at 11 a.m. July 24 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Middleburg Heights.
