De La Cruz crash lands in seventh after 6 2/3 scoreless innings
Aeros starter and LHP Kelvin De La Cruz cruised through 6 2/3 scoreless innings before dishing up a six-run seventh inning to Portland that resulted in a 7-2 Aeros loss at Canal Park Sunday afternoon.
Aeros OF Tim Fedroff continues to swing a hot bat, going 2-for-4 with a double and run scored in the first inning to raise his batting average to .352.
SS Juan Diaz was the only other Aeros hitter to garner two hits, also going 2-for-4.
Up next for the xt Game: The Aeros enjoy a scheduled day off today before hitting the road Tuesday for a quick three-game trip to Binghamton (New York Mets).
