Taking It To The Streets

By Da King Published: March 12, 2011

Looks like it's Jesse Jackson week here on All Da King's Men. A few days ago, I featured Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr's. (D-IL) insane theory about how we need constitutional rights to things like laptops, ipods, cell phones, etc. With these new "rights", anyone who couldn't afford such items would have them provided by the government (aka, the taxpayers, aka, YOU). Under Jr's lunatic leftist plan, not only would you be your slacker brother's keeper, you'd actually be working for him. YOUR hard work would be used to buy HIM an X-Box. To give you an idea of just how insane this idea is - the Reverend at the Blog Of Mass Destruction thought it was wonderful, that it made Jesse Jr. a great american. Getting an endorsement from the Reverend is sorta like getting an endorsement from the Unabomber. It lets you know you have gone off the rails.

Proving that the nut doesn't fall far from the tree, the Reverend Jesse Jackson Sr. joined into the Wisconsin fray, and called for violence in the streets. Here's what the professional rabble-rouser and former Democratic candidate for President said about the budget repair bill being passed in Wisconsin:

"So they're going to escalate the protests [in Wisconsin] -- you will either have collective bargaining through a vehicle called collective bargaining or you're going to have it through the streets. People here will fight back because they think their cause is moral and they have nowhere else to go."

That's the spirit, Jesse. You're saying if the left can't get what it wants through the democratic process, elections, and the legislature, then the hell with those things. The left will use mob rule, threats of violence, and force instead. Thanks for lifting that phony veil of civility Democrats have been pretending to favor.

Spurred on by union thugs and left-wing agitators like Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama, the Wisconsin protesters have already begun trying to implement mob rule. They have attempted to shut down the Wisconsin capitol, overwhelmed security, climbed through windows, followed and intimidated and threatened Republican legislators, and caused damages to the capitol building that will cost between several hundred thousand to several million dollars to repair.

And to think, for the last two years our ignominious Democrat mainstream media has been warning us about non-existent right-wing Tea Party violence. Do you hear those same folks talking about the need for civility and the dangers of extreme rhetoric now ????? I sure don't. What a bunch of hypocrites.

The extreme rhetoric on the left starts right at the top, from the agitator Obama. Here's what the President's Press Secretary, Jay Carney, said after Gov. Walker and the Republicans passed the bill limiting collective bargaining for public employees in Wisconsin:

“The actions taken last night, which divorced the issue of the state’s budget problems from the issue of the rights of public sector employees, pretty clearly showed that the actions were not following the principle that we need to all come together and work together and not denigrate or vilify public sector employees, but bring them into the process,”

This is all kabuki theater from the Democrats. They talk of working together after the Wisconsin Democrats have been in hiding for weeks in an attempt to sandbag the legislation and abort the democratic process. How can you work together with Democrats WHO DON'T SHOW UP FOR WORK ? What a a joke this is. Then when the Republicans get tired of it and play some hardball themselves to pass the bill, the Democrats whine and act outraged. Give me a break. Dealing with these Democrats is like dealing with 8-year olds throwing a tantrum.

Something else has been bothering me as I watch the Wisconsin protesters in action. Has anyone else noticed how much those protesters seem to be enjoying themselves ? Lots of them are smiling, and appear to be having fun acting up. Most of them are young, and I get the feeling that I'm not watching protesters so much as I'm watching juvenile I misreading this ?

Wisconsin Democrats are coming out with statements so over-the-top that it almost defies imagination. Here's one such statement from Sen. Chris Larson. “This is on the Republicans' heads right now. If they decide to kill the middle class, it's on them. "This is a travesty, is what it is. I can't sit by and let them kill the middle class.”

Needless to say, Republicans aren't killing the middle class by making teachers pay a small portion of their own benefits, but statements like this are indicative of just how hissy the Democrats fit is becoming. The desperation is rolling off of them in waves. They are even trying to start recall elections, and full-out left-wing morons like filmmaker Michael Moore-on are saying the Republicans should be thrown in jail. We're witnessing a meltdown, folks, and it sure ain't pretty.
