Illegal Immigration And Bizarre Leftist Propaganda

By Da King Published: May 22, 2010

This is a followup to my previous post.

I nearly fell off my chair when I read that the Castro brothers, who lead Communist Cuba, directed their puppet parliament to condemn the Arizona immigration law. Cuba passed a resolution calling the law "racist and xenophic," and said it was "a brutal violation of human rights."

Boycott Mexico, Not Arizona

By Da King Published: May 21, 2010

Here's a video of the Mexican President, Felipe Calderon, addressing the U.S. Congress and condemning the Arizona immigration law (which, btw, is the same as federal immigration law). Take notice of the reaction of our Congresspersons. See who gives Calderon a standing ovation and who doesn't.

The Freedom Movement Scores

By Da King Published: May 19, 2010

In the Kentucky GOP Senate primary, the Tea Party-backed candidate, Rand Paul, scored a landslide win over the GOP establishment-backed candidate, Trey Grayson. Paul received 59% of the vote to Grayson's 35%.

The outcome immediately led Democrats, their pet mainstream media, and even some Republicans to wail about how those crazy right-wing radicals might be taking over due to the country's anti-incumbent sentiment. The leading example of this sentiment came from Kentucky's Democratic governor, Tim Kaine, who said:

Why Paul Krugman Can't Think, Part A

By Da King Published: May 16, 2010

New York Times columnist and Princeton economics professor Paul Krugman wrote the following on his blog. It's called Why Libertarianism Doesn't Work, Part N. I quote it in it's entirety (though I must have missed parts A thru M):

Playstations Threaten Democracy, Says Prez

By Da King Published: May 12, 2010

"Meanwhile, you're coming of age in a 24/7 media environment that bombards us with all kinds of content and exposes us to all kinds of arguments, some of which don't rank all that high on the truth meter. With iPods and iPads; Xboxes and PlayStations; information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment. All of this is not only putting new pressures on you; it is putting new pressures on our country and on our democracy." - President Obama, speaking at a Hampton University graduation ceremony.

Barack Obama is one brilliant guy. He knows better than the rest of us. He should not be questioned by bitter, clinging peons like me. We should just bask in the light of his profound wisdom. If Obama wants to give commencement speeches instead of dealing with the worst oil spill in history, we should just accept that he is doing the right thing (shut up liberals. If Bush was doing this, you'd be saying the exact same thing).

Congress Critters And PC Pros

By Da King Published: May 10, 2010

I haven't had time to generate a new post for nearly a week now, so I have a few different topics I want to comment upon briefly.
The other day I heard NBC news bemoaning the fact that Rep. David Obey (D-WI) will not seek re-election. NBC practically deified the guy in it's failed attempt at accurate reportage. I assume the rest of the non-Fox News teevee media did the same, being that the rest really ARE the same (Democrats). I'd like to add my two cents about Obey. He is the chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, and is therefore more responsible than any other Congressperson for the explosion in federal spending over the last years. He wrote the stimulus bill boondoggle, and was instrumental in constructing and passing ObamaCare, which will raise everyone's health insurance premiums, raise spending further, raise taxes, create a massive new entitlement, and insert the federal government between doctor and patient.

Btw, Obey said his only regret about the stimulus bill was that it wasn't LARGER. I'm not kidding.

Another Government Failure Magnifies Oil Spill Disaster

By Da King Published: May 4, 2010

Something I think people of all political stripes can agree upon is this - a primary responsibility of the federal government is to keep us safe, to provide national security.

Yet, it seems the federal government has become involved in so many different areas that it has lost sight of it's legitimate and primary focus. It seems the priorities of the federal government are misplaced. We saw evidence of it in the inferior flood protection in New Orleans. We saw evidence of it in the government-engineered financial crisis. We saw evidence of it in Obama's crazy quilt of a stimulus package.

A Few Questions For Monday

By Da King Published: May 3, 2010

Civil rights questions: How can a President who passed a law mandating that all Americans have valid health insurance cards or be fined also believe the Arizona immigration law asking suspected illegal immigrants for their papers is "misguided" ? Do illegals now have more rights than American citizens in the President's eyes ?

Gentlemen, start your engines: Evolutionists believe life on earth started with the spontaneous conversion of inanimate matter to animate matter (they call it the "primordial soup." I call it the movie Frankenstein, which was never been duplicated in any laboratory). How do these folks have the nerve to dismiss a higher power that many call God ? Is the higher power argument somehow less believable than the evolutionists Shazaam! belief ?
