Suddenly, Ohio State has a log jam of athletic, young quarterbacks.
The team received a commitment from 2014 recruit Stephen Collier last week. The addition of the Lee County High School (Georgia) quarterback gives Ohio State even more options for when Braxton Miller departs.
Besides Miller, Ohio State's roster features redshirt freshman Cardale Jones and true freshman J.T. Barrett.
The 6-foot-4, 208-pound Collier is an Elite 11 QB finalist. In the 247 Sports composite ranking, Collier is listed as a three-star player.
He was recruited by offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Tom Herman.
