According to Bob Hunter of the Columbus Dispatch, Ohio State is considering moving senior defensive lineman Joel Hale to the offensive line.
Ohio State is losing four starters off the offensive line, with only right tackle Taylor Decker returning. He'll be moved to left tackle.
Hale is going to get looked at as a guard in the spring, Hunter notes.
In high school, Hale was a two-way player and rated as a three-star player by Rivals. He has been part of Ohio State's rotation on the defensive line the past two seasons.
In 2013, Hale played in all 14 games, finishing with 10 tackles and a half tackle for loss.
