John Cooper, Scoonie Penn among Ohio State HOF inductees
The Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame will add a new 14-member class in September. It's headlined by former football coach John Cooper and basketball point guard Scoonie Penn.
Cooper led several highly rated OSU teams in the 1990s. Despite a poor record against Michigan and in bowl games, Cooper won 111 at Ohio State. He is second to just Woody Hayes in career wins with the Buckeyes.
Cooper was inducted in the the College Football Hall of Fame in 2008. Cooper's Buckeyes beat an undefeated Arizona State team in the 1997 Rose Bowl.
Penn was on the 1999 Buckeyes basketball team that marched to the Final Four. That team, which also featured Michael Redd, helped catapult OSU men's basketball back into the spotlight.

Whether these are real or not, or just good fakes, is unknown. The seller only shows a single image of most of the rings for sale. They also have a less-than-stellar feedback rating and no feedback since 2011.
