NCAA Football '13 team ratings: Buckeyes rate highly
Team rankings for NCAA Football '13 have leaked and the Buckeyes are rated near the top. EA Sports gave the Buckeyes a 95 overall rating, which ties them for 13th with six other teams.
The game, out on July 10 on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, gives OSU the highest team prestige of six. Only 13 teams in the game received that distinction. All of this information comes courtesy of Tradition Sports Online.
Among Big Ten teams, Wisconsin and Michigan have a higher overall rating than Ohio State at 99 and 97, respectively.
Here's some game-play footage and features for this year's game, with some nice OSU love at the end:
Akron is rated as the third-worst team with a 63 rating, in front of only Memphis (61) and Florida Atlantic (60). That's right, they're behind new Football Bowl Subdivsion teams like Massachusetts and Texas State. Kent State was given a 71 team rating. Both teams have a prestige of one.
