2014 NFL Draft: Best players available for Browns in second round (No. 35 overall)

The Browns have already selected Oklahoma State cornerback Justin Gilbert and Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. 

Their next pick will be No. 35, the third pick of the second round. 

Remaining needs include wide receiver, offensive guard, offensive tackle and possibly inside linebacker. 

Here are the top available wide receivers still on the board: 

Marqise Lee, USC
Jordan Matthews, Vanderbilt 
Cody Latimer, Indiana 
Allen Robinson, Penn State
Donte Moncrief, Ole Miss 

And the top offensive lineman: 

Xavier Su'a-Filo (OG), UCLA
Morgan Moses (OT), Virginia
Joel Bitonio (OT/OG), Nevada 
Cyrus Kouandjio (OT), Alabama 
Gabe Jackson (OG), Mississippi State 

Su'a-Filo is the highest rated offensive lineman and the second-highest player overall still available according to Mocking The Draft. He's listed as the No. 14 player in this class. Lee is the highest rated wide receiver, per Mocking The Draft, and is listed as the No. 29 overall player. 

ESPN's Todd McShay has Moses as the highest rated player still available and Lee as the second-best player still on the board. 

Ohio State running back Carlos Hyde is available as well.
