During his guest appearance on "The Dan Patrick Show" Monday, Browns coach Eric Mangini said the team's starting quarterback job is Jake Delhomme's to lose.

At the conclusion of  minicamp earlier this summer, Mangini refused to name Delhomme the Browns' starting quarterback. He gave a more definitive answer about Delhomme on Monday, but he still said perceived backup quarterback Seneca Wallace will receive reps with the Browns' first-team offense when training camp begins.

The Browns' first full-squad practice of training camp is scheduled for July 31 in Berea.

Mangini also gave his opinion about LeBron James' decision and the state of the Cleveland sports scene.
