Browns have fourth overall pick in 2012 NFL Draft

The Browns have the fourth overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. They have another first-round pick from the Atlanta Falcons, but it won't be determined until the Falcons are eliminated from the playoffs. Here's the 2012 draft order for non-playoff teams with strength of schedule listed in parenthesis:
