Browns take Haden first round
With safety Eric Berry off the board after Kansas City took the junior from Tennessee with the fifth pick and Seattle snapping up offensive tackle Russell Okung with the sixth, the Browns took Florida defensive back Joe Haden with the seventh pick in the 2010 NFL Draft Thursday night.
