Browns working phones up to final moment
The Cleveland Browns worked the phones up until the final moments before Thursday's draft, as ESPN reported that the Browns called the St. Louis Rams 15 minutes before the the draft began to inquire once again about moving up from seventh to grab the No. 1 pick.
