Former Browns quarterbacks coach Carl Smith said he now has the same position with the Seattle Seahawks.
Smith, 62, spent the past two seasons as the Browns' quarterbacks coach. He also held the same position with the Browns from 2001-03.
Last month, the Browns hired former University of Miami offensive coordinator Mark Whipple, 53, as their new quarterbacks coach.
Smith, pictured left with Browns quarterback Colt McCoy, has been a coach for about 40 years. His long resume includes stints as the offensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints (1986-96) and the Jacksonville Jaguars (2005-06).
