Browns unveil plans for daily radio show
The Browns will launch a radio show later this summer, the team announced this morning. The show, titled "Cleveland Browns Daily," will air year-round on WKNR (850-AM) from 6-7 p.m. Monday through Friday. It also will stream live on ClevelandBrowns.com and ESPNCleveland.com.
The Browns have hired Vic Carucci to serve as the show's host. Carucci, who has covered the NFL since the late 1970s, most recently worked as a columnist for NFL.com and will continue to make weekly appearances as a host and co-host on SiriusXM NFL Radio.

Browns defensive coordinator Dick Jauron is waiting to solve several mysteries
Dick Jauron, the Browns' new defensive coordinator, has extensively studied film from last season, but he still has questions about his players. Those questions won't be answered until the NFL's lockout ends and Jauron is able to see his team in person.
In a phone interview this morning, Jauron reviewed some of the mysteries he'll need to solve as he guides the Browns' conversion to a 4-3 defense:
Browns rookie TE Jordan Cameron looking to Benjamin Watson, Evan Moore for guidance
Despite the NFL's lockout, Browns rookie tight end Jordan Cameron said he has grown as a player since being drafted in late April. He credits the players-only workouts organized by quarterback Colt McCoy.
"At least I'm getting the playbook and looking over these plays and getting familiar with Colt and how he throws and (receiving) input from these older tight ends like Evan Moore and Ben Watson," Cameron, a fourth-round pick (102nd overall) out of the University of Southern California, said this afternoon in a phone interview. "The little pointers they give, it obviously can help, and I think it's been helpful so far."

Browns fourth-round pick Owen Marecic to miss next 'Camp Colt' because of graduation at Stanford University
Fullback Owen Marecic, whom the Browns selected in the fourth round (124th overall pick) of the 2011 NFL Draft, will skip this week's players-only workouts organized by quarterback Colt McCoy so he can participate in commencement festivities at Stanford University.
"Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the upcoming workout because of my graduation ceremonies," Marecic, who has yet to hire an agent, wrote in an e-mail. "After graduation weekend (this upcoming weekend), I fully plan on attending every activity organized by the team."

Browns standouts Joe Thomas, Josh Cribbs among NFL Network's top 100 players
Offensive tackle Joe Thomas and return man/wide receiver Josh Cribbs have been named to NFL Network’s list of the top 100 active players.
Thomas and Cribbs were the only members of the Browns to make the list. Current NFL players voted to determine who made the cut.
