Browns coach Eric Mangini met with media after the Browns' first full-squad practice of training camp. Here are the highlights of the press conference. A transcript of this press conference will be posted when it's made available.
Mangini said rookie running back Montario Hardesty he recently twisted his knee in a drill. Hardesty was not outside at practice this morning. Mangini said Hardesty could be out for a couple of weeks.
Rookie cornerback Joe Haden's agent and the Browns' front office are still in negotiations. Each day Haden misses will make his transition to the NFL more difficult, Mangini said.
Mangini said D'Qwell Jackson has some cobwebs that he has to shake off because he hasn't played in pads for a while after suffering a season-ending in Week 6 of 2009. Mangini said he's confident Jackson will find his rhythm again.
Mangini said Browns offensive lineman Tony Pashos sat out during the morning practice because he has a cold.
