Incoming Browns owner Jimmy Haslam III ranked 360th on Forbes' list of richest Americans
Soon-to-be Browns owner Jimmy Haslam III is ranked 360th on Forbes’ list of the 400 richest Americans.
Haslam’s net worth is $1.2 billion, according to the magazine. His fortune is a result of his family’s business -- truck-stop empire Pilot Flying J.
Haslam agreed to buy the Browns from Randy Lerner for about $1 billion on Aug. 2. The sale is expected to be approved by NFL owners at their meeting Oct. 16 in Chicago.
Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert also made the list. Forbes ranked Gilbert 250th with a net worth of $1.9 billion.
