The Browns cut 15 players on Saturday night. Browns General Manager Tom Heckert was supposed to hold a conference call with reporters Saturday night, but it was canceled and rescheduled for this afternoon, indicating the team is likely trying to make more moves. NFL teams have until noon today to claim players off waivers.
