No personnel changes?

By Marla Ridenour Published: September 25, 2009

Browns coach Eric Mangini said Friday he would not make personnel changes going into Sunday's game at Baltimore. The Browns are 0-2 and have scored just one offensive touchdown in the past eight games over two seasons.

''To me it's not about shaking it up,'' Mangini said. ''The most important things everyone needs to understand is play hard for four quarters, play smart football and do their assignments.

''It's not about who's the most talented, it's who's the best person to play in that situation in that game, getting the most consistent, reliable, hard-working guys out there. That's important to me.''
