The Cleveland Browns currently have the fourth overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. But what happens if they don't go with a signal caller at No. 4?

On today's podcast, Browns beat writer Nate Ulrich breaks down why quarterback may not be the choice after speaking with head coach Mike Pettine at the NFL owners meetings in Orlando and who may be in play for Cleveland.
