Preseason schedule released
The Browns will visit Green Bay and Detroit and host St. Louis and Chicago as the NFL released its preseason schedule Wednesday.
Three of the foes were on the Browns' preseason schedule last year, with the only exception being the Rams.
Specific dates have not been determined, with scheduling released only by weekend. The Browns will visit the Packers on Aug. 12-16 and travel to Detroit Aug. 26-29. Home games will be against the Rams on Aug. 19-23 and the Bears Sept. 2-3.
The NFL regular season schedule is expected to be released in mid-April. According to TVGuide.com, an ''NFL Schedule Release Special'' is slated for April 13 at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.
