Quinn to start against Titans
While coach Eric Mangini cautioned not to read anything into it, Brady Quinn will be the Browns' starting quarterback in Saturday night's preseason home game against the Tennessee Titans.
Both Quinn and Anderson will play in the first half and the starters are expected to play into the third quarter.
Listed as inactive for the Browns were nose tackle Shaun Rogers, safety Brodney Pool, running back Jerome Harrison, linebackers Titus Brown and David Bowens and offensive linemen Ryan Tucker, Rex Hadnot and Fred Weary.
Mike Adams started for Pool, Alex Hall for Bowens and Ahtyba Rubin for Rogers.
