Ratliff to start; Quinn, Anderson will sit
Browns coach Eric Mangini decided to sit quarterbacks Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson in Thursday night's preseason finale against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.
Getting the start will be Brett Ratliff, followed by Richard Bartel. Quinn and Anderson will dress.
Several starters will also be held out, but few were announced. Those who were included nose tackle Shaun Rogers, linebacker David Bowens, offensive lineman Rex Hadnot and linebacker Titus Brown.
