The Browns received good news about some bad news Thursday morning: the broken hand rookie wide receiver Corey Coleman suffered in Wednesday's practice won't end his season.
When Coleman saw a hand specialist Thursday morning, it was determined his fractured hand won't require surgery. He is expected to return to action in four to six weeks.

Browns rookie receiver Corey Coleman is coming off his first 100-yard game, but coach Hue Jackson still wants more from the 15th overall pick.
"There is another level for Corey Coleman, and I expect him to get there ... fast," Jackson said after practice Wednesday.

A Cuyahoga County judge has issued an arrest warrant for Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon because he has failed to submit to a paternity test.
The NFL, though, won't punish Gordon in connection with the legal matter.
"This [case] will not affect his status [with the league]," NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told the Beacon Journal on Wednesday afternoon.To read more or comment...
