Cavs-76ers halftime notes
Cavs 66, 76ers 52
* The first first half with the regulars was a smashing success. Cavs shot 61 percent, had 17 assists on 26 baskets and only five turnovers.
* Ryan Hollins has four fouls already in only eight minutes. And here we thought Anderson Varejao's aggressivness would be a problem.
* Anthony Parker banged his injured right hand, but shook it off and stayed in the game. Certainly isn't affecting his shot. He's 3 of 3 (including one 3-pointer) and he's got three assists.
* Monster half for Boobie Gibson: 13 points, five assists. He had a great rebound and putback at the halftime buzzer off a JJ Hickson heave from halfcourt. With each game, I'm becoming a bigger believer in the resurgence of Daniel Gibson.
