INDEPENDENCE: Kyrie Irving missed shootaround this morning because he is sick. He is 50/50 to play tonight when the Cavs host the Golden State Warriors.

Irving, the reigning player of the week who averaged 35.7 points in three victories last week, has battled an illness bug off and on for a couple of weeks.

"It's kind of going and coming, going and coming. It's kind of hitting guys at different times," Scott said. "It's just something that keeps lingering."

Scott told Irving to stay home and rest this morning. Scott is unsure of his starting point guard if Irving can't play, but he's leaning toward Shaun Livingston.

Luke Walton, who said Saturday night he has been diagnosed with plantars fasciitis in his left foot, is questionable tonight. Daniel Gibson (toe) is out.

The Warriors will likely be without their starting point guard as well. Stephen Curry left their game Monday with a sprained ankle and isn't expected to play tonight.
