Antawn Jamison had 28 points and 13 rebounds and J.J. Hickson had 24 points, 15 rebounds and a career-high five blocks as the Cavs stunned the New York Knicks 115-109 Friday night at the Q.
New-look Knicks stars Carmelo Anthony and Amar'e Stoudemire struggled to play well together in their second game as teammates. Anthony was scoreless in the fourth quarter until the final minute and fouled out shortly after, finishing with 27 points and eight rebounds after scoring 16 points in the first quarter.
Ramon Sessions had 22 points, eight rebounds and five assists for the Cavs, who were without the trio of new players acquired in Thursday's deadline deals. They are expected to join the team on Saturday. The Cavs have won 10 straight against the Knicks, who haven't won in Cleveland since November 2006.
