Kyrie Irving will not play tonight when the Cavs return home to host the Toronto Raptors. It's the second consecutive game Irving has missed with a hyperextended right knee. He also missed Tuesday's victory at Chicago.
Irving banged knees with Omri Casspi in practice last week. He tried playing through the soreness over the weekend in games at Orlando and Miami, but was shut down by the team's medical staff.
After tonight's game, the Cavs are off until they host the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday. Irving remains listed as day to day.
Daniel Gibson also rejoined the team today. Gibson did not make the road trip to tend to a personal matter.
