Jamison hates playing in Cleveland...
Well at least he did as a Washington Wizard. That's all changed now.
"As a player this was one of the arenas, cities, that I hated the most because they made it tough night in and night out,'' Antawn Jamison said in his introductory press conference Thursday at Quicken Loans Arena.
"(The fans) let you know who they were cheering for and what they thought of you. When you think of home court advantage this is truly a home court advantage."
"This was definitely one of the toughest places to play in. We hated it and dreaded coming here.''
It didn't help that Jamison played for heated-rival Washington, who had a knack for bringing out Cavs fans nasty side.
But the days of the Cavs-Wizards rivalry are in the past and there are no hard feelings going forward.
"You heard rumors possibly about a deal getting done,'' Jamison said. "I love DC and I loved the past six years, but once you hear a rumor like that, it is an opportunity of a lifetime to play along side LeBron James and Shaquille O’Neal."
