Lebron James and the Constitution
At the Akron Law Cafe, professor Will Huhn posted his thoughts on the LeBron saga:
Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, has reportedly called Lebron James "narcissistic" and characterized his decision to leave Cleveland for Miami a "cowardly betrayal." I disagree, in part because of Constitutional principles.As a Cavs fan, a resident of this area, and an employee of The University of Akron, I am disappointed that Lebron did not choose to remain here. But in denouncing Lebron James Dan Gilbert overlooks a number of fundamental American values.
