Notebook
* The Cavs have their own problems, but they're certainly not as bad as the Kings' woes. Fans are wandering around the city with an anvil dangling over their heads, just waiting for the Maloof brothers to cut the rope, drop the anvil and send the team to Seattle. It could happen any day now...
* Tonight marks Omri Casspi's return to Sacramento, where he spent the first two years of his career. Those were probably happier days for Casspi, who has fallen out of the Cavs' rotation for the second consecutive year.
* The Cavaliers have dropped two straight and the Wizards have won two straight, meaning the Cavaliers are dangerously close to falling past Washington for the worst record in the NBA. No one was expecting greatness out of the Cavs, but no one saw the league's worst record, either.
* The Cavs have won six straight games in Sacramento and 10 of the last 12 overall in the series. They lost to the Kings 97-94 on Jan. 2 at the Q.
* If the Kings leave Sacramento, it will leave the city as the second-largest without any professional sports team, according to research done by the Sacramento Bee. And since the largest is Riverside, Calif., which is just 10 miles from Anaheim and Major League Baseball's Angels, Sacramento will realistically be the largest market with no teams.
* C.J. Miles had a dreadful 1 of 9 shooting night Sunday against the Lakers, but it will take more than one bad night to get him out of the starting lineup. Scott benched Miles for most of the second half, but dismissed it after the game as just a bad night. He said the other day he has no timetable for Dion Waiters' return to the starting lineup. He could come off the bench for the next 10 games or so or he could do it for the rest of the season. It just depends on how Miles and Waiters both play.
