Here's how the Indians minor legaue teams fared yesterday:

Triple-A Columbus (40-22) - The Clippers topped Rochester 7-1 for their fourth consecutive win...LHP SCOTT BARNES (4-1, 4.21 ERA) tossing seven shutout innings, allowing just three hits and two walks while striking out eight...Columbus got on the board first on DH SHELLY DUNCAN’s sacrifice fly in the first inning... INF JARED GOEDERT added a two-run home run, followed by a solo home run by INF JASON KIPNIS to make the score 4-0 before adding three more runs in the fifth inning...Kipnis went 3-for-4 with a RBI and two runs scored...Goedert went 2-for-3 with three RBI and a run scored and INF LUIS VALBUENA went 2-for-4 with a double and run scored.

Double-A Akron (28-33) - The Aeros gave up 14 runs on 16 hits in a 14-3 loss at New Britain...RHP JOE GARDNER (3-5, 4.47 ERA) took the loss after giving up eight runs (four earned) on seven hits and two walks in 2 2/3 innings...Reliever and LHP ERIC BERGER didnt stop the bleeding, being tagged for six earned runs on five hits and four walks in 2/3 of an inning...While RHP's BRYAN PRICE and CORY BURNS held the Rock Cats scoreless for the remaining 4 2/3 innings, it was too late...The Aeros scored the game’s first run on a RBI triple by OF MATT MCBRIDE before the Rock Cats responded with 14 runs...The Aeros offense did score the final two runs of the game on INF KYLE BELLOWS’ RBI double in the eighth inning and OF JORDAN HENRY’s RBI single in the ninth... Henry finished the game 3-for-5 with a run and RBI...INF MATT LAWSON, INF KAREXON SANCHEZ and C JUAN APODACA each went 2-for-4.

High Class-A Kinston (30-28) - Kinston’s game at Wilmington was canceled due to inclement weather. The K-Tribe returns to action tonight against the Myrtle Beach Pelicans at 6:30 p.m...Four Kinton players were named to the Carolina League All-Star Team June 21st in Modesto, Ca.: LHP DREW POMERANZ, RHP PRESTON GUILMET, INF JUSTIN TOOLE and LHP GIOVANNI SOTO were all voted onto the squad. Kinston Manager AARON HOLBERT is also selected as a coach on the Carolina League All-Star Staff.

Low Class-A Lake County (27-33) - The Captains dropped their second consecutive game and lost their second straight series in a 5-4 loss to Wisconsin...Timber Rattlers starter and RHP TYLER THORNBURG (6-0, 1.61 ERA) gave up just two runs on four hits while striking out 10...RHP KYLE BLAIR (3-4, 5.66 ERA) allowed four runs on seven hits and four walks in 3 2/3 innings...INF's JESUS AGUILAR and ARGENIS MARTINEZ both went 2-for-4 with a run scored...LHP J.D. REICHENBACH (3-1, 3.27 ERA) provided the Captains with 4 1/3 innings of relief, yielding one unearned run on two hits...But Lake County’s rally fell short when Wisconsin closer and RHP GREG HOLLE (0-1, 4.70 ERA) recorded his 13th save after giving up a run in the ninth inning.
