The Cleveland Indians should be well represented at the World Baseball Classic, MLB.com beat writer Anthony Castrovince reported two days ago.

Fourteen Indians players could be competing in the WBC:

Center fielder Grady Sizemore (USA)
Third baseman Mark DeRosa (USA)
Shortstop Jhonny Peralta (Dominican Republic)
Starter Fausto Carmona (Dominican Republic)
Reliever Rafael Perez (Dominican Republic)
Reliever Masa Kobayashi (Japan)
Outfielder Shin-Soo Choo (Korea)
Reliever Rafael Betancourt (Venezuela)

Indians minor league players competing:

Outfielder Cirilo Cumberbatch (Panama)
Catcher Damaso Espino (Panama)
Pitcher Paolo Espino (Panama)
Pitcher Chen-Chang Lee (Chinese Taipei)
