Following his playing career, Eduardo joined ESPN as a baseball analyst for the 2006 postseason and is beginning his sixth season with the network in 2011. He also managed the Ponce Lions in the Puerto Rican Winter League in 2008-09 and was named Manager of the Year in the league in 2008. He is currently the manager and general manager of the Puerto Rican National Team.

Eduardo will spend considerable time in spring training in uniform providing instruction and development at the major and minor league levels in addition to assisting the Player Development system at various points during the regular season.

Bere, 39, pitched parts of 11 seasons in the big leagues from 1993-2003, posting a career Major League record of 71-65 with a 5.14 ERA in 211 games (203 starts). Bere was an All-Star in 1994 with the Chicago White Sox, pitched for the Indians during the 2000 season and also made two starts totaling 6 2/3 innings for the Tribe in 2003.

Jason will spend most of spring training in uniform providing instruction and assisting pitching coaches at both Major and Minor League camp in Goodyear, AZ. His primary responsibility during the regular season is to evaluate and provide instruction to pitchers within the Indians player development system. Bere held a similar position with the club from 2006-09 and last season was a guest instructor during spring training.
