CLEVELAND: The Indians' day began wtih concern about Grady Sizemore's knee and ended with a sigh of relief.
Tuesday night, Sizemore jammed his right knee -- not the one that was surgically repaired -- on the second base bag but stayed in the game. He was unable to play in tonight's 8-2 loss to Tampa Bay, and instead was sent to the Cleveland Clinic for an MRI scan.
The results of the scan were made public after the game: no structural damage, only a contusion. Sizemore is listed as day-to-day. Does that mean Sizemore can play in Thursday afternoon's series finale?
""Tomorrow, we'll make a decision about tomorrow,'' manager Manny Acta said. ""But this is good news.''
