Tigers at Indians: Pre-game lineups and notes

Here are the lineups for the first game of a four-game series between the Indians and the Tigers at Progressive Field:

-With MLB rosters expanding to 40 players, the Indians now have four additional players at their disposal. The Triple-A callups were designated hitter Jesus Aguilar and right-handed relief pitchers Bryan Price and Austin Adams. Jason Giambi was also activated from the 60-day disabled list.

-Ryan Raburn was back in the Indians clubhouse before the game, but is not eligibile to b activated until Tuesday.

-After a 10th inning rain delay and eventual game suspension in Kansas City last night, the Indians flight back to Cleveland didn't land until after 3 a.m. last night. Tired manager Terry Francona described himself as "a fresh daisy on the side of the highway that got run over by a truck."

-Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera returns to the Tigers lineup as a designated hitter after leaving Saturday's game with an aggravated right ankle injury and sitting out Sunday.
