Tribe signs four draftees

   The Indians signed four players in last week's annual draft.

   Right-hander Trevor Frank, 21, selected in the 8th round, was the closer for the University of California Riverside, going 4-2  with 10 saves.

  Catcher Shane Rowland, 21, was the 20th-round pick from the University of Tampa.

  Infielder Grant Fink, 22, was the 23rd-round choice from Missouri Western State College, and and 36th-round pick, infielder Mike Giuffre, is from Brookdale (N.J.)
Community College.
