Flair Fest, part of the Gay Games 9 festivities, takes place on Thursday and if you go, we want to hear from you. Taking place at Lock 3 and on Main Street in Akron, Flair Fest begins at 11 a.m. with several area performers, a juried art show and food from restaurants and trucks. Starting at 5:30 p.m. on the Lock 3 main stage is a three-band show headlined by the Indigo Girls.
Entry to Flair Fest is free, but general admission tickets for the Indigo Girls show are $10 at the gate on the night of the show.

Restaurants include Crave, Miss Julie's Kitchen, Mustard Seed and Nuevo Modern Mexican & Tequila. Food trucks from Green Machine, Krave and Nosh Box will also be on hand.
