Ceremonies were held on Monday to dedicate the new Hickory Bend natural gas processing plant in Mahoning County.
The project includes 55 miles of gas-gathering lines in Ohio and western Pennsylvania.
The plant is scheduled to begin operations in December.
The project has a $375 million price tag.
