Plans for a new natural gas-processing plant in Mahoning County appear to back on track, the Youngstown Business Journal reports.
Blue Racer Midstream LLC wants to build the plant southeast of Youngstown near Petersburg in Springfield Township.
The $70 million plant would be capable of processing up to 200 million cubic feet per day.
It could begin operations in June 2016.
Blue Racer Midstream is a partnership between Dominion and Caiman Energy. It operates the Natrium, W. Va., processing complex and is a major player in Utica shale processing.
