Thirteen new Utica permits were approved: one in Carroll County, five in Guernsey County, one in Harrison County, three in Monroe County, one in Muskingum County, one in Noble Counjty and one in Trumbull County.
Interestingly, Anadarko Petroleum resurfaced with two new Utica shale permits: one in Muskingum County and one in Noble County.
