Through Feb. 16, the state of Ohio has issued 529 Utica well permits.
A total of 69 wells are in production, as pipelines and processing facilities are completed.
Currently, 30 drilling rigs are working in Ohio.
The newest permits are for Belmont County, 1; Carroll County, 1; Guernsey County, 5; Harrison, 1; and Noble, 3.
