Ohio State sponsoring May 25 law symposium

Continued development of Ohio's Utica shale has prompted Ohio State University's Agricultural and Resource Law Program to schedule its second annual Ohio Oil and Gas Law Symposium on May 25.

It will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Longaberger Golf Course in Nashport, 10 miles east of Newark.

There will be an 8 a.m. pre-conference session on leasing.

The fee for attorneys is $175 by May 18 and $200 after that date. May 22 is the registartion deadline.
