Plans are continuing for a new gas processing and fractionation plant in southern Tuscarawas County.
The facility is expected to cost $575 million to $750 million and create 25 to 30 permanent jobs.
The project would be built by Kinder Morgan Inc.
The plant had earlier been proposed by the El Paso Corp. that was absorbed by Kinder Morgan.
The facility would be on 200 acres near Uhrichsville.
