KSU planetarium shows

KENT: The Kent State Planetarium will hold the first in its series of free public shows for the 2011-12 academic year on Sept. 23, 24 and 30.

Planetarium Director Brett Ellman's Introduction to the Autumn Sky will showcase prominent autumn constellations, celestial objects visible to the naked eye and Earth's neighbors in the solar system.

This show, in Smith Hall Room 108, is free and open to all but is not appropriate for children younger than 6.

Reservations are suggested because seating capacity is limited.

Those needing special accommodations are asked to call 330-672-2246 at least one week ahead of the show.
