Metro SWAT saves cash

Fairlawn Mayor Bill Roth explains why collaboration makes sense for Special Weapons And Tactics:  "No department our size can have a SWAT team; it doesn't make sense."

Stow pays about $11,000 yearly in Metro SWAT dues and has had only 10 SWAT events in the last eight years.
