it has not been seen much, with just a few dozen reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, most of them negative. The official word:

Nominated for the Grand Jury Prize for Best Dramatic at Sundance 2012, the “subtle, smart, sexually charged” (L Magazine) film, Nobody Walks, will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on January 22, 2013 from Magnolia Home Entertainment. Written by (Ry) Russo-Young and Emmy Nominee Lena Dunham (“Girls,” Tiny Furniture), the stunning film features an all-star cast including John Krasinski (“The Office,” Away We Go, Leatherheads), Olivia Thirlby (Being Flynn, Juno), Rosemarie DeWitt (The Watch, “United States of Tara,” Rachel Getting Married, “Mad Men”), Justin Kirk (“Weeds”), India Ennenga (“Treme,” The Woman) and Golden Globe Winner Dylan McDermott (The Campaign, “The Practice”).
Peter (Krasinski) is a Hollywood sound designer that has agreed to help Martine (Thirlby) with her experimental art film as a favor to his wife (DeWitt). When Martine comes to stay in the family’s pool house at their posh Silver Lake home to work on her film, strong emotions and sexual desires are charged throughout the house. As a result of the newfound friendship, everyone in the family is forced to confront these new and intense feelings.
The “film that packs a wallop” (Bust), Nobody Walks, is available on Blu-ray Disc and DVD on January 22, 2013, including special features such as the Making of Nobody Walks and the theatrical trailer, for the suggested retail price of $29.98 and $26.98, respectively.
