"Friday Night Lights" Bummer
TV Shows on DVD reports that the third-season DVD set of "Friday Night Lights" will have music substitutions and the NBC-edited versions of episodes instead of the longer cuts which aired on DirecTV. Story here. Bad decision all around, and a big reason why I won't be giving up my review discs of the DirecTV versions. And there better not be a "collector's edition" down the road with the longer cuts, just to squeeze more money out of diehard fans.
