UPDATE: The problem is now corrected.
A small correction to what you may read online ...
Most of my story about "Funky Winkerbean" is available here. But there are times, and this is one of them, when copy that has been displayed prominently is omitted from the text as it appears online. So my story as written begins this way:
Things don't look good for Lisa in "Funky Winkerbean." The cancer she thought was gone is back. She has been told she has mere months to live. Not long ago she decided to end chemotherapy.
"I want to live the time I have left," she said in one strip. "Not just be alive."
Then the online portion, starting "It's powerful work," begins. I'm trying to get the other part added.
