It's official. We're a digital broadcast nation

By admin Published: June 13, 2009

Local TV stations dropped their analog TV signals on Friday, entering an era of digital-only broadcast television. Some viewers were challenged by the change, which included some stations moving their digital signals to new channels as well as the more general dropping of analog channels. People receiving TV via an over-the-air antenna to an analog TV set now must use a digital-to-analog converter to receive full-power TV broadcasts.
